Resolving Issues with Sellers During an Order: What Steps Should You Take?

If you encounter any issues with an ongoing order, various options exist. Initially, we suggest communicating with the seller directly to try to resolve the problem. Often, a little extra communication can resolve any misunderstandings. Additionally, each order page has a resolution center where you can propose canceling the order. Managing Seller Dissatisfaction: What to Do When You’re Not Satisfied?

If you encounter any problems with a seller related to an order, please note that a grace period is 7 days after the order is marked as complete. Within this time-frame, we can assist you in canceling the order. However, after this period, the seller can withdraw payment for the order, and cancellation will require the seller’s cooperation. What do levels indicate?

Levels are used as a quality indicator. They represent the total number of orders plus the quality a freelancer has delivered.

Level 1: Completed at least 10 orders on time with a minimum 4.7 rating

Level 2: Completed at least 50 orders on time with a minimum 4.7 rating

Top-Rated Seller: Completed at least 100 orders on time with a minimum 4.7 rating and met Gigred internal quality factors.
