Using your Gigred Balance
If you have funds in your account balance, they will be automatically utilized for your next purchase. If the purchase exceeds your available balance, you can use another payment source to finalize the transaction. For further details, refer to "How do I use my Gigred balance for future purchases."
On the checkout page, you will see:
- The total amount due.
- The amount you have available on your personal balance.
- The amount that needs to be paid with another payment source (PayPal or Credit card)—if the purchase is for more than your personal balance.
When making a purchase as a member of a team account, you won't have the option to use a second payment source. If the purchase exceeds the balance amount, only one payment source can be used in such instances.
1.Why is my preferred payment method not available?
Your country of residence determines the payment providers displayed on the checkout page. Our selection is constrained by the list of countries where our third-party payment providers extend their services.
Note: We regularly introduce new payment methods, so keep an eye out for updates.
2.How can I deposit cash into my account?
Navigate to the account section, click "Deposit Funds," select your preferred payment method, and complete the transaction.
3.Will my credit card be automatically removed after a specific period?
If your payment method is not regularly used, our system will automatically remove it. This is an automated process; if the payment method remains unused for over 4 months, it will be removed. Please refer to the Payment Issues section if you continue to encounter payment issues.
4.How can I add funds to my Gigred Balance?
As a buyer, if you receive a refund, the refund will be reflected in your Gigred balance and available for future purchases. In case of an order cancellation, the refunded sum, comprising the original order amount and service fee, will be credited to your Gigred balance. Alternatively, you can add funds using the "Deposit Funds" option.
For further details, explore the Refunds section.
