The following terms (these “Payment Terms”) govern payments you make or receive through Gigred (the “Site”), operated by Gigred Studios Private Limited, India.
Card payments from the U.S. and outside the U.S. are handled and processed by Gigred Studios Private Limited, India. Gigred Studios Private Limited is referred to as “Gigred,” “we,” or “us.”
Please carefully review these Payment Terms before initiating or receiving payments on the Site. By proceeding with payments through the Site, you acknowledge and agree, on your own behalf or on behalf of your employer or another entity (if applicable), to comply with and be bound by these Payment Terms. These terms are supplementary to Gigred’s General Terms of Service, as applicable.

Taxes
- Gigred may be obligated by applicable laws to charge users indirect taxes (such as Sales Tax, VAT, or GST) or to withhold taxes. Any amount Gigred must collect will be added to the purchase price, along with any other fees the client will pay. Similarly, any amount Gigred must withhold will be deducted from the freelancer’s earnings by relevant laws.
- Indirect taxes are in addition to the price shown on the site, and any such taxes will always be displayed to the client before payment.
- Users are responsible for paying any direct or indirect taxes, including GST, VAT, or income tax, that may apply to them depending on residency, location, or otherwise under the provisions of their jurisdiction.

Modifications
- Gigred may change these Payment Terms from time to time. When these changes are made, a new copy of the terms will be available on this page.
- You understand and agree that if you use Gigred after the date on which the Payment Terms have changed, Gigred will treat your use as acceptance of the updated Payment Terms. If you do not agree to the changes in the Terms, you will have to deactivate your account. For more information, see “How to deactivate your account.”
- Gigred may change these Terms due to changes in the Site and in the usual course of developing our product and services, changes in any relevant feature or functionality of the Site, changes in circumstances beyond our reasonable control, to adapt to new technologies, and to address changes in law and regulatory requirements as well as security and fraud issues.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of the Site, its content, and any services or items obtained through the website is at your own risk. The Site, its content, and any services or items available through the website are provided “as is” and “as available” without express or implied warranties, assuming we have exercised reasonable professional diligence. Neither Gigred nor any individual associated with Gigred makes any guarantees or representations regarding the Site’s completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy, or availability.
The above does not affect any warranties that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Limitation on Liability
As long as Gigred has exercised reasonable professional diligence, neither Gigred nor its affiliates, licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors will be liable for any damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising from or related to your use or inability to use the Site, any linked websites, any content on the Site or linked websites, or any services or items obtained through the Site or such websites. This includes direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, such as personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, profits, business, anticipated savings, use, goodwill, or data, whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.
By accepting the role of limited authorized payment collection agent for the freelancer, Gigred and its affiliate do not assume any liability for the freelancer’s actions or omissions.
The above does not impact any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The term “Affiliate” referred to herein refers to an entity that, directly or indirectly, controls, is under the control of, or is under common control with Gigred, where control means having more than fifty percent (50%) voting stock or other ownership interest or the majority of voting rights of such entity.
