If you share personal information with other users, such as freelancers providing services via Gigred, this information is shared separately with them as controllers. While our Terms of Service mandate freelancers to maintain confidentiality, Gigred cannot guarantee compliance from all users, so it’s your responsibility to ensure they meet your standards.
  • With users with whom you interact: We disclose personal information to facilitate interactions between users. For instance, if you’re a Client, we might share specific details about you, such as your first purchase on Gigred, with the Freelancer to ensure the services they provide align with your requirements. This information sharing is restricted in scope and aims to enhance the Freelancer’s services and your overall user experience.
  • With Service Providers: We share personal information with service providers for business purposes, enabling them to assist us in operating the Site, managing your account, and delivering related services and solutions. These service providers encompass various entities such as hosting services, billing and payment processors, fraud prevention services, CRM systems, forum hosting, community management services, cybersecurity solutions, web analytics tools, translation services, IT SaaS providers, communication platforms, mailing systems, data optimization and marketing services, data enrichment services, legal and financial advisors, as well as technical consultants.
