A copy of your identification card is retained only for as long as necessary and solely for the abovementioned purpose.

The information you provide is used solely to verify your identity with Gigred. Your ID will not be shared with other users or community members.

You are required to verify your ID as soon as you create your account. ID verification ensures Gigred remains a safe and trustworthy platform. Additionally, you may be asked to complete ID verification if there are concerns about the security of your account or to comply with regulatory requirements.

Our ID verification process is outlined in detail above. Please refrain from submitting your ID through a Customer Support request, as we cannot verify it this way.

Important Note: Gigred will never ask for ID verification via email.

  • Be cautious of fake emails with company logos, fake login pages, URLs, or messages asking for personal information or payments.

You are required to verify your identity with a valid ID. This may include a driver’s license, passport, or another form of ID listed during the ID verification process. The available ID options may vary depending on your country.

If Gigred requests that you verify your identity, you must complete the verification process. Gigred requires verification when opening an account and also if requested later.

Note: Customer Support cannot initiate the verification process for you, nor can they verify your ID through a ticket request.
